Prime vidéo

i downloaded Prime video on Apple TV, i linked my Amazon subscription, my account displays as it does on Mac or IPhone but with any given movie or series there is only Audio and nothing but a black screen. Tks for any help

It sounds like the third-party Amazon Prime Video app is not working as expected on your Apple TV. Try the following troubleshooting:


  1. Make sure you have tvOS 14.3 or later: Update your Apple TV - Apple Support. This is the minimum tvOS required to utilize the app.
  2. Close any open apps on your Apple TV: Switch quickly between Apple TV apps - Apple Support, then restart your Apple TV: Restart Apple TV - Apple Support. This will refresh the apps and network connections.
  3. Uninstall the Amazon Prime Video app: Manage Apple TV storage - Apple Support, then reinstall it: Download apps on your Apple TV - Apple Support. This will make sure you have the latest version of the app.
