Find iOS folder name containing a lost app

I lost the Wikipedia app from my home screen but it still opens when I search for it. iOS doesn’t say what folder it’s stored in. I want to move it back to my home screen. How can I identify the folder name to move my app?

iPhone X, iOS 13

If a folder names doesn’t appear, that usually indicates its not in a folder, but simply on a standard alternate screen.
