iPhone 11 Pro Max overheating and freezes.

Hi, I have a very big problem. One month after I bought this phone I was on Instagram when suddenly the application crashed(whole system was laggy) I closed it and reopened it (at that moment I had 5-10 FPS). I have this problem for 4 months now and it's annoying. I did an Antutu test and noticed that it has a much lower score than a normal iPhone 11 Pro Max. What should I change? I want to mention that I don't have an apple store in my country. Maybe the battery is damaged or something broke on the chip? It's my first iPhone and I'm scared.

Nothing changed still the same and i cannot contact apple support because it’s unavailable in my country. I think I will change the battery because at that time I lost 2% battery health in just 2 weeks so maybe this is the problem.
