iOS 13.61 broke my phone

Thanks for your reply. I did notice other people having issues. I got my phone back to factory install, then used the backup but had to use a different computer. Having the one computer on an older operating system might have caused some of the problems -- I don't know, but I do know my phone is working again. I will not be updating Catalina on my old computer (even though it says it can take it), nor will I touch 13.61 on my phone until I get it replaced. Older equipment it might cause problems and we've got enough problems in our lives right now. Again, thanks for your reply and am glad others did not experience what I experienced.

Since over 100 million users have downloaded 13.6.1 I doubt if many are having any issues.

since i have downloaded 13.6.1 my battery drains very fast and all apps lag++++++++. I have noticed that there is alot of background activity now also

Millions have had no problems.

Reset to factory and do not restore from backup . see how it goes.

My iphone x got a display problem after updating to IOS 13.6.1 its to bad thing from apple my coverage expired i’m also not happy either this not expected from a tech giant
