Multple apple ID's

How do I make an apple ID for my work phone and one for my personal phone and the merge the two.

Apple ID I have an iPhone for my personal use and I just got an iPhone for work. I didn't want to use my personal Apple ID on my work phone. Can I create another Apple ID for my work phone?

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
