The font size in all apps I use is not changing any recently. The font size is changing in settings and headers but not articles in news apps. I have tried the optionIn settings and the app settings. I have reset the iPhone CE, any other suggestions?

When changing the size of your font this change can be seen in apps that support Dynamic Type, are you seeing the size of the font change in apps such as Notes?

We understand that when increasing the size of the font, the font increases in some areas on a website in Safari and in apps but not in other areas.
While currently there is not a way to adjust what areas of a web page or app can have the font size increased, you can provide feedback for a product or a feature request. Below is a resource that can help with providing feedback:

Thanks but I was afraid of this, as I said I have checked the I/OS update is 13.6.1 and all the apps are up-to-date as of today and prior, I have reinstalled the app I have reset iOS the settings.
I’m fully aware of the two options to change the system font size.
The ABC NEES AUSTRALIA app and others has a switch to use system fonts or in app fonts size, both options have the same effect - the system and header font increases but the article body Dose not as seen in the attached image.
I was afraid of this, As I said and have checked as requested the apps supports dynamic font as well as in app font changes (ABC News Australia) and others). The IOS 13.6.1 is up to date, the app and all others are also, the phone has been reset and restarted. The app has been deleted and reinstalled. I have scoured google and Apple support for a solution.
this has occurred since the last IOS update. It was happening intermittently and I would need to open font size from control short cut and tap to correct but it no longer works.
I have checked my spare /backup CE and it has the same issue so the issue I believe is not connected to the phone.
