Repeated requests for authorization

I tried to play two songs on my I-tunes. I was asked to put in my password to give authrization. After I succefully entered the password I was told that I was re-authrizing this computer. After words instead of playing the song it skipped the song I wanted to play and when I tried again to play it, it kept redirecting me to start this process all over again.
