Hello, I sent someone money, they sent it to their bank but have not yet received it. During this time they really need help and now they can’t get this money. I am not sure what to do since Apple said they can’t do anything. I just want to know what to do to help, and get them that money I have sent. The money has not returned to my account either.

The bank isn’t telling much either, this is just frustrating. Can’t do much
If you do not know this person do not send more money.
I do know this person, they asked for my help, and now this is the first time they haven’t gotten the money into their bank account
