I have deleted the app but still blocks calls from Contacts

I have deleted this app from my IPhone 7Plus, and everything is screwy now. I do not receive calls from my daughter and several others in my contacts. It still blocks calls as likely scam as well as I do not receive notifications when someone messages me.. I hear the sound, but do not see the notification. After reading and researching I went in and made sure call forwarding was turned off.. and it is.. Why is it blocking calls from people not only in my contacts, but in my favorites ???? How do you turn this **** thing off? I cannot find Robokiller at all on my phone anywhere in my settings. Help?? Oh, also tried those numbers you call to disconnect what ever, it sends a signal, that didn't work either.
