iPhone 7 going on recovery mode randomly several times

Hi! My iPhone 7 keep going on recovery mode by itself and when I try to go on iTunes and update assuming it will fix the problem it doesn’t. Then I will have to just restore my phone and that take a really long time and this issue happened to me 5 times
