Face ID issues

Dears,

Could you please help me with Face id configuration and issue .........

I can see "Re-position Your Face within the Frame , Your face is out of view" , then " Move iPhone a little higher " " Move iPhone a little Lower " , "Face ID Not Available " , I haven't receive he circle to scan my face. Can you please help.

Hi,

I don't know if I understand, but you are having problems while you are trying to set up Face id...

Before you contact Apple support take care of these suggestions:

Check for updates
Check your Face ID settings
Check that nothing is covering the TrueDepth camera
Make sure that nothing is covering your face
Make sure that you're facing the TrueDepth camera
Restart your device
Reset Face ID

Check for updates - Done , no luck.
Check your Face ID settings - already checked, but no luck.
Check that nothing is covering the TrueDepth camera --- nothing is covering the camera.
Make sure that nothing is covering your face - nothing is covering my face.
Make sure that you're facing the TrueDepth camera --- sure
Restart your device - Already restarted and tried, no luck.
Reset Face ID - Face id reset done , Mobile reset done , no luck.
