Storage full message

i have an iPad Pro, 32 gb, running OS 13.6. I keep getting “Storage Full” messages. Thus far I have removed all pics and videos to external storage, purchased an additional 100gb thru Google drive, uninstalled/reinstalled Facebook and Gmail, offloaded anything I can live without and dumped anything I don’t use daily. My storage meter still says that “Other” is using most of my storage. Suggestions or advice on better practices welcome, but please speak in plain old geriatric English....not tech savvy at all! Thanks

Update it to iPadOS 13.6.1, then follow these steps:--> Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
