Apple ID disabled

my Apple ID is disabled but when ever I change my password it still says Apple ID disabled

Are you seeing the error message when trying to use the App Store/iTunes?


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
