Hello Kaniza2020,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities. We see that you enabled the AssistiveTouch feature on your iPhone and are unable to turn it off. We suggest you try the following steps, testing after each step:

  1. Verify AssistiveTouch is currently disabled. You can do so by tapping Settings> Accessibility> Accessibility Shortcut> disable AssistiveTouch. Or by triple-clicking your side button.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Verify your software is up to date. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  4. If the issue still persists, restore your iPhone and set up as new. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings. Always be sure to have a current backup prior to restoring your phone. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Cheers!
