Multicam Clip - all black except one clip

I'm trying to create a multicam clip out of three clips and when I do only one of the clips shows in the angle viewer - the rest are black. I'm using proxy media, but this was the same before I transcoded the clips to proxy.

Double click the Multicam clip to open it in the timeline. Post a screenshot. Did you set camera angles for each camera before you made the multicam?
