I have a new iphone SE 20. i have it set up and working. I can send and receive messages from iphones. I can call and receive calls from both iphones and androids. i am unable to receive sms messages from an Android but can successfully send to Android. Please help me get this figured out.

If that doesn't work contact your cell phone provider sms is their feature.

I had this same problem. I fixed mine by asking the sender to turn off Chat Features on the Android phone. It fixed mine immediately, Androids chat features will not work with iPhones.
