high cpu usage?

i am seeing high cpu usage maybe twice a month. when i check the activity monitor, the two processes that are causing this are no longer in the list. everything else in the etre check report seems good. is this something i should be worried about? or is this normal?

update:

i was able to find one of the processes. here's what i found:

2020-04-27 15:27:54 signpost_reporter High CPU Use

Executable: /usr/libexec/signpost_reporter

This process reports high network use activity, could be from running some network process like Speedtest. I wouldn't worry about it, unless you are having problems with your Mac.

as far as this:

 2020-08-20 23:03:04 syspolicyd - High CPU Use

        Executable: /usr/libexec/syspolicyd

i couldn't find anything that matches that process. i'm hoping this can be ignored too?
