Transparency is not working on AirPod pro

Any suggestions on how to fix the noise reduction and transparency?

One airpod pro has lost effectiveness of noice cancellation and transparency mode does not work When placing the airpods in transparency mode only works on the right airpod and the other is as if there is no mode on at all, then switching over to noise cancellation it is much less effective than the right airpod
