We want to help with this as it sounds like you're being charged for an app you're not subscribing to. Are these the steps you used to look for current subscriptions: See or cancel your subscriptions
If so, and you don't see it there, have you checked your past purchase history to see if the charge is found there: See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store
If you do see the charge there, use the following guide for steps to request a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
If you don't see the charge there, are you part of a Family Share group? If so, are you the organizer? If you are, this could be a family purchase. Take a look at the following for more details: Family purchases and payments
