How do I restore my iPhone 11 back up on my pc BACK onto my iPhone 6 ? Because my Oc does not give a restore option when I plug the old phone in

My 4 week-old new iPhone 11 is faulty and needs to go in for repair. How do I get my pc to restore my latest data (on my iPhone 11) to restore it back onto my iPhone 6.

This is not possible. Here is the reason.

Restoring an iOS backup must always be done on a device with an iOS version greater than or equal to the iOS version that created the backup.

With your old iPhone 6, that is not possible.

Though sberman is 100% accurate in saying that what you want is not possible. However, there is a workaround.

I am not aware of the extent of damage on your iPhone, but if you are able to sync your device to your iCloud then what you can get on your iPhone 6 are the data that are synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice Memosshared photosiCloud Photos*, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive.

*-If you had turned on iCloud Photos, your content is automatically stored in iCloud and you get all your Photos and Videos too.

Thank you so much SravanKrA! I appreciate your reply so much. My damage is simply that it drops calls. I get an repeat echo of the last sound I heard, and then it drops the call. And its a brand new phone! My service provider says they dont know what is causing it, Apple ran a diagnostic in store and said the phone is 100% in good working order. So Im going to have to hand it in for two weeks for a "check up" , such a frustration.

Thank you so much!
