ITunes loginn

My mother who owns an iPhone, opened a family account for us. I used to have an android phone so I downloaded the iTunes app and used the application.

now, I purchase an iPhone 11 and want to login to my account. How can I do that?

I logged into the App Store but every time I try to update or download something it says to log into ITunes through there. I’ve tried my password and my mom’s password since whenever it fails, the unlock info goes to her account. I was able to download ITunes and log into it just fine though

Apple ID and iTunes I recently got my own Apple ID so I could be separate from my family. When I try to update apps, I type in my password but the only password that works is the password from their Apple ID. I’ve logged out and logged back in, I’ve restarted my phone, and I’m just frustrated I can’t completely get rid of their Apple ID and iTunes.

Sure you can! Just activate your iphone using your iCloud account
