Language problem

I just bought my Apple Watch series 3

a week ago

everything was going great until I tried to dictate an appointment to reminders which turned out be another language

I tried every language setting and updated it to English but it’s not working I’ve attached a screenshot of it

please help me sort it out

Have you tried the steps in the "Choose language or region" section of:

Change language and orientation on Apple Watch - Apple Support

If so, the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support


If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
