Apple watch stuck on apple logo

my apple watch is stuck on the apple logo. i tried hard resets multiple times and even reset my watch completely. now my watch won’t pair to my phone nor will it turn on and is still stuck on the apple logo. since my watch isn’t paired it won’t update. it’s charged because it’s been on the charger for more than a day. whenever i try and connect to it, it says make sure apple watch is turned on and in range. i need help!!!
