My wallpaper is always dark regardless of dark appearance setting after recent update

I wanted to see bright wallpaper. I am wondering, how do I change this?

I realized that dark wallpaper is due to the bedtime setting. Dimming the wallpaper is ok but dark wallpaper is really really ugly.

Anyway I disabled bedtime setting to see my cute daughter wallpaper.

For this, we recommend checking your dim settings. To do so, navigate to Settings > Wallpaper > Toggle off Dark Appearance Dims Wallpaper.

Dark Appearance Dims Wallpaper setting is already turned off. That is not helping as I mentioned.

A week after, it automatically resoled after a dead battery.
