I have had XM for almost 3 years and the last few months my phone will not even ring for some calls, but ring for others. It will still show up as a missed call, but not not ring. Very strange, it’s almost like it’s blocking unrecognized numbers, but allowing ones in my contacts through. I looked to see if there is anything in my settings turned on, but nothing. Anyone else have this issue?

After reviewing your post, it appears that you're not hearing a ringtone for calls from unrecognized numbers on your iPhone X on iOS 13. We're glad to help with this.
Manage incoming calls on iPhone -- It appears that you've turned on "Silence Unknown Callers". You can turn this off under Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.
