Hi,
In error I copied two bookmark folders onto my desktop. So this folder contains about 20 bookmarks of web locations. I want to delete these folders but when I try to 'move them to trash' via Finder the process just hangs. Any ideas how I can get rid of the folders? I've tried to delete the bookmarks individually but the result is the same. Any thoughts welcome. I'm running macOS 10.13.6 as I have an older (2009) iMac.

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Thank you! Restarted in safe mode and dragged the folders to Trash with no problem. Not sure what happened before.
