Apple card

Trying to apply for Apple card, but at the point of registration of my Address can’t get region according to my country.

So I set country Ukraine and for regions I am getting related to USA ones.

Any solution for this?

My country set as Ukraine

See the following eligibility requirement from How to apply for Apple Card - Apple Support

Be a U.S. citizen or a lawful U.S. resident with a valid, physical U.S. address that is not a P.O. Box. You can also use a military address.
