Contacts went missing——>phone & Icloud

updated 13.6.1 and lost contacts in both phone and Icloud. Tried several suggestions (restore, toggling, network reset) but still missing.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

contacts icon not showing in icloud ios Hi, i signed in my ipad to icloud and the contacts logo is not showing, so there is no way to see my contacts. When i open icloud in my pc the contacts icon is there and i can access my contacts. Thanks

Try -- Restore contacts, calendars, and more in Settings on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
