How to change my account name
my Mac was recently repaired and the service centre had made their own admin profile on my Mac with the account name Apple.
I want to change it to my name but I am unable to do so.

Did they transfer your data to that account?
If not, just create your own account, give it admin privileges, and delete the admin account.
Or, keep it around for doing admin-type things and create your account as Standard.
Even if they did transfer your data there, It would be best to just migrate your account from your backup.
