How do I de register a number that I no longer have from my I message and FaceTime? A number that I no longer have comes up on all I messaged I send

You need to remove the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
