There is a dent on the screen and I want to ask how much is the cost to repair or replace the screen/glass panel?

We are not Apple and cannot quote prices. There are thick-case iMac that look like that from the front (2009-2011) and thin-case iMacs 2012 to present). The thin ones have an all-in-one displays that is much more expensive to replace than their older cousins.
If you have the 2012 or newer model and the damage is only cosmetic, you may be better served by ignoring the dent rather than repairing it.
Call a local Apple Authorized Service Provider to get their estimate. It won't be cheap. If the dent doesn't affect the screens function I would leave it alone.
