I want to purchase an iphone but my carrier is metropcs
How can I purchase a new iphone and still keep my metropcs phone number. That carrier isn't offered so how am I able to purchase with apple instead of through metro?

So you would have to do the following:
- Select a valid carrier. Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the United States and Canada - Apple Support
- Explain your intentions to that carrier to port your old number to this new carrier.
- Be certain MetroPCS allows this transaction (unlocks your number).
- Purchase your iPhone through Apple, specifying your new carrier and other relevant details.
