reminder from icloud.com doesn't show any lists

I have multiple reminder lists I created on my iphone, like groceries, to-dos, etc.

But when I go icloud.com/reminders, I don't see those reminder lists that I created from iphone, not only that, I also can't create a reminder list from icloud.com. There is simply no option for creating a new list on icloud.com. I have icloud sync option "on" for reminders on iphone.

is this some kind of account/sync issue or does this icloud.com/reminders simply lack very important feature?
