When I try to unzip this file I get an error dialog box stating:
What do I need to do to unzip this file ?
I have downloaded this file from Apple multiple times with no success.
iMac Line (2012 and Later)
I went to the "Manage your data and privacy" link in the "Manage your Apple ID" page, and clicked on the "Request a copy of your data" link, and this is where I requested the "AppleCare support history, repairs and more" files be sent to me.
But each time I request these files, and try to unzip the file, they show the above error message.
The error message ONLY shows for this ONE file only, ALL other files that were sent were able to be successfully extracted.

It says that file is corrupted. How did you create it?
