I connected the HDMI into HDMI3 but when i do a input search it only shows port 1,2 and 4 input 3 is not given as an option?

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

HDMI3 on what device?

Is the Apple TV powered and running? Is the status light glowing?
