It does not appear to be enrolled in MDM. You can confirm by going to Settings > General and seeing if you have a section for Profiles. If you do not have Profiles listed, you are not enrolled in MDM.

From the screen I can't say but just go to settings and then profile. If there is device management option then we can say it's enrolled in MDM.
