Logitech MX Master 2S Mouse - Unable to connect properly via bluetooth to MacBook Pro 16", disconnecting

Hi all. If you are on this page, you are likely one of the hundreds of people I've seen online that have struggled to connect the trusty Logitech MX Master 2S Mouse to your shiny new MacBook Pro! This mouse worked flawlessly in my previous Macs, and even to my work Windows PC so I loved it, until it couldn't connect to my MBP!

Cut the story short, the simple solution that no one online has mentioned is the fact that you can just use a the "Unifying Receiver" (tiny bluetooth USB dongle that it is supplied with it). I know the 2S comes with the old USB format and the new MBPs have USB-C's but it's likely you will need a USB-C hub / adapter anyway so use it through that. Make sure you download Logi Options to connect/install your Mouse through the software, not via Bluetooth as you may have used to do.

Hopefully that solves your problem too as I couldn't find this solution anywhere else online.
