Tweet not sent error since iOS updat

Since iOS update to 13.6.1 on XS getting error message on a Twitter app sometimes. Nothing blocked or siuspended; tried uninstalling/reinstalling, logging out /in. App updated. It does not happen always but often now when copying a link to tweet. It pasted but then get this only ever since iOS update. Thanks.
