How do I "change the current color options" for highlighter in preview app to "different brighter colors"

When in Preview..open your image or doc..—> Shift Command A will open the Mark Up Tool Bar

The Highlight colors in Preview are fixed by Apple and unchangeable.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC does provide a properties for highlight colors that enables you to open a color picker and choose any color you wish.
