I was offered 1 free year with my new Apple iPhone. When I try to redeem it is only 7 days on the offer! Help please’

From what you’ve described, it sounds like you’re having trouble with redeeming your one free year of Apple TV, I’d love to help with that!

Have you tried to do the following?

• Turn on your new iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, or Mac and sign in with your new or existing Apple ID.

• Open the Apple TV application. Make sure your qualifying device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.

• The offer should be presented after launching the application. If not, scroll down in the Watch Now section until the offer appears.

• Tap Enjoy 1 year free. You might be asked to enter your Apple ID password or confirm your billing information for when the free period is up.

Take care.

Try going into the watch now tab and scroll over to the the  tv+ section, tap on that, to see if that brings it up.

If you still can’t get it to work you will need to Contact Support so they can assist you
