Disparate bandwidth speeds between WiFi and Verizon

I have 70 Mbps service from Verizon FIOS. When I do a speed test using Verizon's tool (https://www.verizon.com/speedtest/) it shows a download speed of close to that. Running https://speakeasy.net/speedtest/ which tests my Wifi speed, I get about 28Mbps download but close to 70 upload. This is true virtually all day long, regardless of how many devices I have connected. Any recommendations on how I can identify the network hog?
