Phishing text message

I recently received a text message regarding a parcel that supposedly found, asking me to click on a link to claim it. I was dumb enough to click on the link and entered (!!!) some basic information such as address, email address and telephone number, nothing else. Should I be worried? Is it necessary for me to do a factory reset on my phone? I have bank apps, etc. on my phone, should I change the passwords? Thank you!

Your phone is not at risk. There is nothing you can do to 'take back' the information you provided to the scammers.

Keep an eye on your credit.
