There is a Bluetooth device synced to my IPhone which I did not add and am unable to delete. It’s a series of letters and numbers. Unlike the devices I did add to Bluetooth, there is no I (info ) icon next to the listing for my to click on. My battery is draining at warp speed lately and I think it’s due to this mysterious Bluetooth device that I never added. How can I delete it?

Here is what I was getting before, no Info icon on phantom device I wanted to unpair. Since I installed latest IOS update it now appears to be gone

Thanks for your post! We understand that you are unable to remove a Bluetooth device that you did not pair. If you haven't yet, restart your device and and perform any available iOS update.

It’s back again. It was gone for several hours but the phantom device has reappeared on my iPhone Bluetooth. I’ve turned it off and back on-nothing. I’m even away from my house and it came back. Help!
