I have NO service on my iphone. I received a message this morning on my phone to update the ios platform on it. I tried entering my password and it wasn't accepted. Now I am locked out of my phone and cannot use it and it has no service ;-( HELP

AS I SAID ABOVE, I have NO service on my iphone. I received a message this morning on my phone to update the ios platform on it. I tried entering my password and it wasn't accepted. I also received a message asking me to suspend all apps on my phone in order to update the platform. Now I am locked out of my phone and cannot use it and it has no service ;-( HELP

Hello,

It seems like that you have been scammed. See this:

Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams

1) Restart your phone: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

2) No service: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

3) At any point, if you entered your Apple ID and password, you should change your Apple ID password:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised
