All of the contacts I have recently added to Outlook 2016 (work computer) Office 365 (home computer) are all reading as "This contact is read-only. To make changes, tap the link above to edit in Outlook." Because of this,. when I received any text message from one of those contacts there is no name just a phone number. How do I solve this problem?

This is not helpful. I am trying to get my contacts to appear correctly on my phone. I am also trying to understand why all the contacts I created in Outlook are now reading on my phone as “read-only” which wasn’t an issues until two months ago. Has there been an update or patch to the program?
