There's a link in there to update my billing. As I lookup the redirect it would have taken me to:
Based on this, it looks like a phishing email and I forwarded it to your phishing department at reportphishing@apple.com
Please advise if I need to do anything else.

I’d only add the following:
On your Mac, include more details by selecting the email and choosing "Forward as Attachment" from the Message menu.
