Final Cut Pro X Screen grab

I'm trying to get a still for a film i'm editing. I normally do Adobe Premiere but decided to do FCPX and I found it incredibly difficult to get a screen grab. I understand I can just do full frame, shortcut key it and get a screen shot but the resolution isn't the same. I need the feature to grab the still from the film. Where do I go? Apparently suggestions from 2018 is inaccurate as it seems this app has had a dramatic change.

Here's some advice to developers. If you're going to continuously change options and locations of your features, maybe tell your user where you're putting them so we don't have to spend an hour out of the day just to grab a still and resorting to a community forum for the answer.

Thanks!
