I cannot watch Apple TV on my Microsoft Surface pro. It keeps acting like I’m not subscribed when I am?

Trying to watch Apple TV on my Microsoft Surface Pro and i can’t play anything. It just acts like I need to sign up for a membership (which I did) and every time I click on “Try Apple TV Free” it says I’m already a member but never gives me an option to actually play the movie or tv show. Is this device not supported?
