Apple ID disabled

Hello,

I had an unknown charges from some apps on my AppStore. I’ve asked my credit card company to start Process denial of transactions.

now, my Apple ID accounts has been disabled and I don’t know how to unlock him.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
