I would like to know if this e-mail I received about I cloud is legitimate or phishing. It's asking me to log in. Please see attached. Please advise. Thank you!

That is most definitely a Phishing email, designed to steal your Apple ID credentials. Do not respond in any way, or provide any information. Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support will confirm my statement, and provides additional information for reporting.
